Troubleshooting
Search feels slow
If you have a lot of entries, initial indexing can take a moment. If it stays slow, email support and include your approximate entry count.
Music results don’t show
Check your network connection and try the search again. If it’s intermittent, note your region and device when you write in.
Can’t log in or verify email
Check spam or promotions folders. If you aren’t receiving codes, contact support from the email you signed up with.
