Philips attained first place across multiple categories in the 2010 U.S. IMV ServiceTrak™ Ultrasound Report for the 18th consecutive year. Underscoring Philips continued dedication to Ultrasound, customers have again rated Philips Healthcare No. 1 in overall service performance for "Ultrasound All Systems," comprised of radiology/ob-gyn and cardiology instruments. The first place rankings overall included field service engineer performance, system installation, overall OEM service performance, overall system performance, manufacturer satisfaction and probability of repurchasing.

The 2010 U.S. IMV ServiceTrak™ Patient Monitoring Report shows that Philips continues to be a market leader in the Patient Monitoring market. Philips ranked first place with customers in key areas with customers including probability of repurchasing, overall manufacturer satisfaction and overall system performance. Philips Monitoring also rated first place in system installation and overall OEM training.
